Having seen this wonderful chalet we know you’ll love it, it's best to note that whilst it is ski-in/ski-out we recommend this for intermediate skiers only. It is a superb luxury chalet, in one of the most exclusive and desirable spot in Val d’Isere with incredible views over the village below. You literally ski out of your front door as the property is right on the piste. The luxury Val d'Isere chalet retains privacy too, as the area is only accessible with a vehicle pass and a code for a footbridge. A fabulous fully serviced chalet with indoor pool with jet stream, spectacular mountain vistas, sauna and massage room for post-ski recovery. Large enough to sleep 15, a beautiful snug TV room keeps kids occupied and there is a private study for any last minute work. It’s brilliantly located for amenities, only a few minutes’ drive from the resort centre in your private chauffeured 4×4 (driver 8 - 11pm) or a 5 minute walk.

Named ‘The Best Chalet in The Alps’ by the Sunday Times the super luxury Chalet Montana in Val d’Isère is in the perfect position for expert skiers. Located on the bottom of the Black Face de Bellevarde pistes in Les Carats, the resort’s most exclusive area, this chalet is a league of its own – private, but highly accessible to the slopes, and to the village shops, bars and restaurants. With every level of spa comfort – imagine swimming in the indoor swimming pool with jet stream admiring the best Alpine views, then slipping into a sauna to round off rejuvenation.
The chalet design is charming and stylish; beautiful wood panelling is used throughout each room, adding much character, warmth and ambience. Contemporary designs blend effortlessly with antique furniture. The stunning drawing room with oversized comfy sofas, bar and feature fireplace is the perfect place to relax, leading onto a large heated outdoor terrace with stunning views of the resort.
Kids can hunker down in the TV snug, with Sky and Apple TV or take advantage of the many books and games. Upstairs a private study area can be used to catch up on work emails or escape with a book.
Each of the Chalet Montana’s six sumptuous bedrooms enjoy super luxurious en-suite bathrooms, and all but one sport a wall-mounted plasma TV screen with cable channels. This Val d’Isère ski chalet can accommodate up to 15, as one of the bedrooms doubles up to add three extra children. Creature comforts are in abundance with fluffy robes and slippers, luxury bath and beauty products.
Dedicated staff are on hand during your stay to make your luxury ski holiday as hassle free as it gets. This family-friendly chalet is a perfect family holiday destination, with a short walk straight into the resort centre, when you’re not skiing directly from your front door.

A personal driver is also at the ready to whisk you around town, so getting from A to B is as easy as pie in a chauffeured 4 x 4.

KIDS
Older children who have skied before can comfortably ski down this section of the Face piste making it super quick to access the lifts in the morning. It’s very close to the resort centre, making it a real advantage if travelling with kids as everything is easy to get to. And your personal driver is the icing on the cake, ensuring shuttling from A to B is quick and hassle free, whether that’s from the slopes or the town centre.
Chalet staff are on hand to help with the finer details from organising ski hire to feeding the children early tea cooked up by your personal chef.
With a wonderful pool to splash around in, plenty of in-house entertainment and a TV snug this is an ideal space for children to call their own with an array of books, games, DVDs, toys and most importantly sledges for some afternoon fun.
Location
Chalet Montana is at the base of the Face piste in the Les Carats area in Val d’Isere and is just 200m to the ski lift and a 3 minute drive or 5 minute walk into town.The chalet is accessible via airports from Chambery 2hr 15 mins, Grenoble is 2hr 30m, Geneva and Lyon are 3hrs away.
