The Front Door is the second accommodation within the one of a kind The Stone House residence, situated in the heart of the Portes Du Soleil. Elegantly finished with luxurious furnishing whilst maintaining a stunning sense of belonging in the rustic setting of Saint-Jean-d’Aulps, The Front Door gives off a cosy and welcoming feeling with its large inviting sofas positioned neatly in front of the large granite fireplace, where you can kick back and relax whilst discussing the next days ski plans. The huge windows of the dining area allow for a wonderful view of the outside world, delivering plenty of light to the interior of the main living space to help make The Front Door feel bright and spacious. 

The property also benefits from the shared facilities of The Stone House, such as the large outside decking area complete with firepit and woodburning hot tub, as well as the steam room which combine to bring you your own mountain spa retreat.

The Front Door occupies the bottom floor of The Stone House residence, sleeping 6 guests and consisting of 3 beautifully finished en-suite rooms complete with the same stunning copper baths found in The Loft and The Barn.

Located just a 10 minute drive away from the nearest lifts and with great access to the villages many shops which include supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants, bookstore, post office, treasury, hairdressers, real estate agencies, clothing stores, sports goods, furniture and mountain decorations.

The village of Saint-Jean-d’Aulps also benefits from its own ski area, known as Roc d’Enfer, with access to skiing for all abilities between 970-1800m altitude, including a must-do 5km descent through the surrounding forest. Or if a bit of culture is your thing, Saint-Jean-d’Aulps also is home to a local Cistercian abbey, housing the old monks of a by-gone era.
