Brand new for the 2019/2020 season the uber stylish and contemporary Rocca Penthouse, set in the heart of Val d’Isere, is a fabulous addition to our portfolio. Cathedral-like windows on three sides of the vast open-plan living and dining room offer breathtaking views of Val d’Isere village below. This immaculate catered luxury chalet also boasts a large private spa area with an 8m x 3m pool, a tiled hammam and plenty of space for an apres-ski massage, which is a wonderful setting for relaxing after a day on the slopes.

Chalet Rocca Penthouse is an ultra-stylish 5* catered ski chalet in the heart of Val d’Isere, set in the exclusive Petite Alaska development, a short 7-minute walk or a quick hop in with your private driver, from the centre of town. Brand new for the 2019/2020 season Rocca Penthouse is the epitome of chic, contemporary modern living. Set over four floors the chalet features state-of-the-art spa facilities with a private indoor pool and steam room plus 5 luxurious en-suite bedrooms for up to 10 guests.

Rocca Penthouse is all about the views with far-reaching village and valley views framed by cathedral-like windows. Reclaimed wood and a muted pallet of cream have been used to accentuate the space and light. Bespoke artwork and oversized lamps complement the modern chalet styling. Entering the chalet by a lift with a private Penthouse key makes it feel all the more glamorous and special.

Stepping out of the lift you are greeted by a vast light-filled open plan living and dining space with a central fireplace surrounded by squishy sofas and a large rustic wood dining table, the perfect setting for reclining with a book after a long ski day. Young children will love the cosy mezzanine TV snug just above the main living space.

All of the bedrooms in Rocca Penthouse offer flexibility and can be configured as Twins or Doubles. Three beautifully appointed private en-suite bedrooms lead off the central living space, with one room featuring a modern open plan bathroom. Floating wooden steps lead up to the upper level with a further private en-suite bedroom with breathtaking valley views. The final bedroom is situated just below the living area and has a real sense of privacy with its large private bathroom and more of those fabulous views.

The real gem in this gorgeous Val d’Isere luxury chalet is the basement level private spa, with a large 8m x 3m pool and tiled steam room. In-house massages can be arranged in the privacy of your room or spa, as you wish.

Chalet Rocca Penthouse is fully catered to the highest standard and includes a private chef and on-call driver service to whisk you around the resort from 8am until 8pm. There is even a ski room with heated boot warmers and covered parking below the penthouse, so you don’t have to step into the cold of a morning.

If Chardonnay isn't your preference, simply inform them in advance, and they will curate a selection of Sauvignon Blancs and Viogniers just for you.

Upon arrival, you can expect to be greeted with Champagne and canapés. Lift passes will be delivered to your room, and ski equipment arranged to be brought to your door. The team will discuss the menu with you before your arrival, ensuring that your stay is relaxing, harmonious, and uniquely tailored to your preferences.
