Overview

Nidus Penthouse has people talking. This luxurious and stylishly decorated penthouse is one of Lech’s most exclusive luxury apartments available to rent. Without even stepping inside, the Nidus Penthouse will impress thanks to its ideal location  – just a short stroll from the nearest lift and close to the centre of the village.

The apartment is spread over one floor and the lift opens out directly into the property. Stepping inside you are instantly welcomed by traditional woods, sumptuous fabrics, and stylish furnishings to create the perfect alpine residence. Benefiting from the double-height penthouse ceiling, the living and dining area is the heart of the chalet. Large French windows open out onto the beautiful terrace which looks towards spectacular mountains, or spend the evening wrapped up on the sofa whilst watching the snow fall outside.

There is a wonderful, large dining area which can sit up to ten people comfortably. For larger groups, when two apartments are taken together within the Nidus Residence, 20 guests can dine together in this apartment. The open-plan kitchen overlooks the dining area. 

During your stay, you will have access to a shared ski room with heated boot warmers.

Nidus Penthouse sleeps 8 – 10 guests making it a great choice for friends and families. The master suite has a double bedroom with its own private dressing area and en-suite bathroom, separate shower and private sauna. There are two further twin/double bedrooms which share a private shower room as well as a further twin/double bedroom which shares a private shower room with a wonderful children’s bunk room.

Nidus Penthouse is a wonderful family-friendly chalet apartment in Lech. It is just a short walk from the lifts, so getting to and from the slopes couldn’t be easier. 

Just let us know and childcare can be arranged, creating more time for you on the slopes, or a chance to enjoy the resort’s nightlife knowing your little ones are well looked after.
