The luxury Chalet Sorojasa is right in the heart of Verbier only a 200m walk to the main Medran lift station. Skiers of all abilities can ski through the trees right back to the chalet door. Inside the chalet is just as magnificent close-up as I’ve been lucky enough to see this 5* luxury Verbier chalet. It’s very hip, the epitome of cool – recent renovations were based on the quality and design of the highly respected Soho House in London. Pampering is at the heart of this mountain retreat, there’s an 11m raised indoor swimming pool downstairs, a steam room, a new treatment room plus a fantastic cinema, bar and games room, WiFi, Sky TV, Wii and a plethora of children games. Chalet Sorojasa offers stunning views from its secluded and quiet location. With large south-facing terraces, underground parking and a 24-hour private chauffeur on standby to whisk you around, not to mention professional chef, and chalet host at your service, it’s easy to see why Chalet Sorojasa is the go-to mountain escape for family ski groups.

Tucked away in a secluded location just 200 metres walk from the Medran lift station, Chalet Sorojasa is 10 minutes on foot or 1 minute by car to the town centre, or to the main lift at Médran. Skiers of all abilities can ski back to the chalet’s front door following a short path through the trees. Sion airport is 45 minutes by car and Geneva airport is 2hrs away.
