Sleeping up to 10 guests across 5 spacious bedrooms, this luxury catered chalet is perfect for friends and families wanting absolute relaxation for unforgettable moments.
Just off the Almes Piste, Chalet Opale offers the perfect spot to explore the Espace Killy area and, for all the ski fiends, a bonus will be that with good snow conditions one can simply ski back to the chalet, however, it is a simple minute’s walk otherwise. For those with children, or wanting to start the day skiing from another spot, your driver will be ready and waiting to whisk you off.
Head up to the second floor, which is where you find the spacious open plan living and dining area, decorated with soft lighting, clean lines, stones and natural wood to create a haven of sophistication. The focal point of the room is the beautiful Lorenzo Quinn sculpture which sits in front of the far window against the dramatic backdrop of the La Grande Sassière mountain range. A custom-made football table will undoubtedly entertain everyone. The wonderfully inviting ‘L shaped’ sofa is the perfect spot to relax and unwind with a glass of champagne in front of the roaring fire and the large dining table creates an ideal entertaining area.
There is no better place to relax after a day on the slopes than in the outdoor hot tub, which is found on the terrace. Take in the uninterrupted views of the surrounding peaks and Tignes le Lac whilst sipping champagne and watching the world go by – bliss!
The food here is spectacular and catered chalets don’t come much better. Your professionally trained chef will rustle up a daily breakfast to suit every guest’s taste and requirements to ensure you all start your day right. Later an afternoon tea will be served on your return from your adventures on the piste. Canapes and champagne will precede the main event – supper! Having carefully considered your likes and dislikes via a consultation before your arrival the chef will be hard at work to create dream meals every day. With its spot on central location, yet being nestled in a quiet enclave Chalet Opale offers the best of both worlds. Being ski in during good snow its handy access to the Almes piste means it's possible to be skiing super fast.The airport distance by car is 2hr 15m to Chambery, 2h 30m to Grenoble, and 3hrs to both Geneva and Lyon.
