Chalet Lys is a contemporary second floor Swiss Chalet Apartment with a beautiful double-height lounge with an open fire, TV and DVD. Located in the centre of the Zermatt village, with stunning Matterhorn views, you'll be amongst the bustling streets within a 2-minute walk. This location also means the Klein Matterhorn Lift is a 5-7 minute walk or 2 minutes by ski bus. The ground floor has a small fitness room and massage area where an in-house therapist offers Swedish massage, Indian head massage and beauty base therapies such as manicures, pedicures and facials. An outdoor hot tub on the ground floor can also be booked for private use.

This exquisite Swiss chalet apartment is very centrally located just 2 minutes from the centre of the resort and 5-7 minutes walk from the Klein Matterhorn lift station or 2 minutes via the ski bus.

Home to a small fitness room and massage area, where you can enjoy a gamut of Swedish/Indian massages to beauty therapies with an outdoor hot tub ready to soften any aching ski limbs.
Designed for comfort and convenience, Chalet Lys is spacious yet sophisticated with natural oak and stone features with modern touches. The open plan lounge and dining room boasting extraordinary views over the Matterhorn with plenty of squashy sofas to relax and watch TV or a DVD in front of the open fire.

The vast open-plan living area also incorporates a fully fitted super stylish kitchen with granite worktops and ceramic hobs– a highly enjoyable space to prepare food in and doors open out onto a balcony where you can down tools, relax in deck chairs and simply gaze at those splendid views.
This super luxury Zermatt apartment offers five double bedrooms to sleep up to 10 and four bathrooms (two bathrooms and two shower rooms). Each bedroom is beautifully finished and each has underfloor heating, subtle contemporary lighting and TVs to cosy up in bed.  Two bedrooms have en suite beautiful designer wood and slate bathrooms, another has an en suite shower room, and two share a private shower room just down the corridor. A lift gets you down to the ground level in a flash.

The lounge area has state of the art facilities for snuggling up and watching a movie.

Location

Chalet Lys in Zermatt Village is just a 2 minutes walk to the village centre, and just a 5-7 minutes walk to the Matterhorn ski lift (2 minutes by ski bus) and you can ski back to within 200m of the chalet. Zermatt is a car-free resort, so access is usually via train from the last stop at Tasch – it takes 10 minutes to Zermatt. You can also be picked up by a private vehicle all the way to Zermatt main train station. The nearest airport is Sion, 1hr 30 minutes away and Geneva and Zurich 3hrs 30 minutes.
