This chalet is a skier’s dream. With 4 bedrooms, Chalet Kilimandjaro is perfectly suited to friends and families wanting to make the most of their ski holiday to Val d’Isere. This luxury chalet is positioned on the slopes, but skiing from the chalet is better suited to those with a reasonable level of experience already.
Spread across 2 floors, the luxury Val d’Isere chalet has perfectly fused modern furnishings with traditional touches, creating a rustic yet luxurious feel. The living area is focused around the fireplace, where you can gather together with a pre-dinner drink before your designated cook gets to work in the spacious open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped making your contactless catering ski holiday a breeze.
Chalet Kilimandjaro is rented on a contactless catered basis. Breakfast, afternoon tea, canapes and evening meals are all included, but you will not see the staff. You and your family will be safe and well looked after, as the team in the resort work in the background, providing everything you need. Your chef will have prepared a delicious menu for the week, with a mix of ready-prepared meals from a local delicatessen and easy-to-cook dishes or sides – these will be delivered throughout the week. All that will be required from you is to pop a few things in the oven and throw together a few ingredients to make a simple salad or steam a few vegetables as sides to your main meal.
There is also a ski room on the ground floor with a boot warmer so you can safely store your kit during your stay, and enjoy a warm pair of boots as you head out to the slopes in the morning.
Chalet Kilimandjaro sleeps up to 6 + 2 guests across 4 bedrooms The first of the 4 bedrooms is situated on the ground floor. It is a twin with an en-suite bathroom and WC, as well as access to the balcony. On the lower floor, there are 2 twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one of which has its own WC. There is also a cabin room containing bunk beds with an en-suite bathroom and a separate WC in the corridor, ideal for those travelling with little ones.

Chalet Kilimandjaro is a fabulous choice for those looking for a ski holiday to Val d’Isere with kids. Away from the crowds, but centrally located, it is perfect for quality time spent together. The chalet has a private driver service to the snow front and nursery slopes which are just a short drive away.
Just let us know and childcare can be arranged, creating more time for you on the slopes, or a chance to enjoy the resort’s nightlife knowing your little ones are well looked after.
Location
Chalet Kilimandjaro is located in a prime location, just a 10-minute walk from the centre of Val d'Isere. For the more confident skiers, there is a piste right next to the chalet, Traversée du Laisinant. so in good conditions, you can ski back to the chalet. For beginners seeking a gentler slope, there is a shuttle service to the snow front and nursery slopes which are just a short drive away. The world-famous resort of Val d’Isere is 3 hours from Geneva Airport, 2hrs 45minutes from Chambery and 3 hours from Lyon. Grenoble Airport can also be reached in 3 hours and 35 minutes.
