To really escape to peace and tranquillity can seem hard in these modern times but Chalet Iona truly does provide a haven, as it is in a quiet location in Meribel Les Allues, yet less than ten minute chauffeured drive from the Olympic lift or less than 15 minutes from the centre of Meribel. This luxury chalet offers six spacious and beautifully decorated bedrooms, complete with antique mirrors, tables and decadent linens and towels, many with access to balconies or the terrace.  Spending time here you will revel in the elegant sitting room, the outstanding views and the attention to always providing a space for what you want such as quiet reading corners come replete with board games, books and a view. The terrace with the large hot tub is just the spot to enjoy a glass of champagne as the sun sets and evening draws in.


If you are a large group this Chalet can be booked with the small but perfectly formed Chalet India that sleeps two or three and is situated within the private grounds, and the Chalet William that sleeps four in two doubles (just over the road). All can then dine at the wonderful table in Iona.

The staff here are the icing on the cake, from your chef and hosts who ensure you are always well-fed and cared for, with magnificent breakfasts, showstopper afternoon teas and decadent four-course suppers. They also take care of all the small touches that set the best Chalets apart, such as fresh flowers in every bedroom, daily newspapers, unlimited champagne, fine château and Domaine-bottled wines and, if needed, a babysitter on the chefs night off.

For larger groups and at an additional cost Chalet Iona can also be rented with Chalet India (sleeps three guests in a mezzanine bedroom with king sized bed plus single bed). 

KIDS

 
The Luxury Chalet Iona has it all for children. With the large garden the perfect spot for snowball fights and snowman building, when they start getting cold they can retire to the hot tub to warm up before enjoying a movie in front of the huge screen and enjoy some hot chocolate and cake, or perhaps just enjoy the early tea that chef will have ready for them.

You will love having the driver ready to get them to ski lessons on time, and to bring home any tired ones at the end of the day. And if you fancy a night out? No problem, nannies and babysitters can be pre-booked by The Chalet Edit in-house concierge team. 

Location

Set in a quiet spot, you are under a ten minute chauffeured drive from the Olympia lift and only 15 minutes from all that Meribel offers, and with your driver running 8.30am till midnight the hardest bit will be deciding where to start your day from. Chambery airport is just 1h 15m by car and Lyon and Geneva around 2hrs away.
