Chalet Iamato is a beautiful catered chalet in Meribel Village nestled in the heart of the original village that neighbouring ‘Meribel’ originated from. Blending both traditional styles with modern touches, Chalet Iamato is a stunning mountain home, with all of the features you would expect from a luxury ski chalet.

Overview

Impressive and traditional, Chalet Iamato is a stunning Savoyarde chalet designed with style, taste and luxury in mind. Located close to Meribel Village, you will be in prime position, only a short walk from the Golf chairlift and popular Lodge Du Village, the great spot for apres drinks. 

Stepping inside you will be welcomed by a warm and cosy atmosphere and unrivalled panoramic views across the Les Allues Valley. The best place to enjoy the views is from your wrap-around exterior terrace. Here you’ll find an outdoor dining area, lounge seating, a BBQ (weather permitting!), table tennis table, a darts board, table football table, an outdoor bar, Jacuzzi and sauna.


You can exchange stories about your day in the impressive south-facing sitting room. Featuring a beautifully carved wooden ceiling, stunning vistas of the surrounding mountains, an open log fireplace, Chalet Iamato has been designed with friends and families gathering together in mind. 

Sleeping up to 14 guests, the six en-suite bedrooms are beautifully furnished in delightful traditional fabrics and furniture, with alpine wood ceilings and rustic beams. . Four of the bedrooms also have balconies overlooking the stunning Les Allues Valley. There is one fixed double and five double/twin rooms, one of which has ample space for two extra beds. 

The central Meribel village location means that getting out and about will be easy, particularly with your in-resort driver. As luxury holiday rentals go, Chalet Iamato is the perfect chalet for those looking for a trip with friends or family.

If adults want some extra time skiing during the day, or a night out exploring the nightlife The Chalet Edit in-house concierge team can assist with pre-arranging babysitters and childcare.

Location

Chalet Iamato is close to Méribel Village, 300m from the Golf chairlift & Lapin piste, as well as being close to the supermarket, restaurants & bars of the village. The main resort centre is only a short shuttle bus ride away and you have a driver service throughout your stay. Chambery airport is just 1h 15m by car and Lyon and Geneva around 2hrs away.
