Overview

Overlooking the La Face piste, Grand Pré 4 offers luxurious Val d’Isère living, outstanding views, and superb wellness facilities. This luxury Val d’Isere chalet is one of four stunning new luxury ski chalet apartments in the residence. With four bedrooms sleeping up to 8 guests, this modern home is full of character and is a wonderful ski retreat for families and friends. And one of the best parts is you can ski directly back to the property!

The chalet apartment has a cosy and warm lounging area.  Relax on the plush and inviting L-shaped sofa and armchairs, whilst taking in the stunning views. A wood-burning fireplace is built into the wall where there is a large screen TV too. The living area joins with the bar, kitchen and dining area, making it a fantastic open plan area, perfect for dining and relaxing together. Step out through glass doors onto the wide balcony, which is the best spot for a morning coffee or an apres ski drink (or two).


Behind the living area is the well-equipped kitchen, which is sleek and functional and has plenty of counter space for preparing a delicious evening meal. There is a raised breakfast bar with four bar chairs, perfect for breakfast on the go and kids’ suppers. The dining area features a large, contemporary wooden table that seats up to eight people.

Grand Pre 4 can sleep up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms. The first of the four bedrooms is on the other side of the entrance hall. A short staircase leads you to the next floor where you’ll find two sumptuous en-suite bedrooms. One of the rooms opens out to a small private balcony with exceptional south-facing views. Continuing up the stairs, you will reach the loft-style fourth bedroom, the sumptuous master bedroom. 

During your stay at Grand Pré 4, you will have shared access to the spa area on the building’s first floor. This includes a heated swimming pool with endless current and a submerged jet spa, plus a sauna, perfect for indulging tired, ski-weary muscles.

The apartment has its own laundry room with a washer and a dryer. Guests also have access to a ski room with private ski lockers. An expansive parking garage, with two dedicated parking places with electric car charging ports, is found on the lowest level of the building.

Chalet Grand Pre 4 can also be rented on a bed & breakfast basis.

Chalet Grand Pre 4 is a fantastic family friend chalet in Val d’Isere. The open plan living area is perfect for families. The kids can be enjoying a movie in front of the fire whilst the adults relax at the bar.  The ski-in/ski-out access makes getting out of the slopes in the morning couldn’t be easier too! 

Just let us know and childcare can be arranged, creating more time for you on the slopes, or a chance to enjoy the resort’s nightlife knowing your little ones are well-looked after.

Grand Pré 4 is located in the Le Legettaz area of Val d'Isere. Offering ski-in/ski-out from the rear of the building onto the Piste M (Red Piste) and Legettaz area (Green beginners area). The centre of Val d’Isere is a 10-minute walk away.The world-famous resort of Val d’Isere is 3 hours from Geneva Airport, 2hrs 45minutes from Chambery and 3 hours from Lyon. Grenoble Airport can also be reached in 3 hours and 35 minutes. Please do let us know if you’d like transfers organised - it's these touches we know make a holiday really work.
