What's more, if you are an experienced skier, you can ski back to the apartment, as it is located only a few hundred metres from the piste.

Situated on the second floor of this impressive new development, Brunnenhof 9 is the perfect luxury self-catered apartment for friends and family. Sleeping 6 – 8 people across 3 bedrooms, this small yet perfectly designed apartment is the ultimate base for those wanting to ski in Lech.
Everything about the chalet has been thoughtfully curated. Step into the elegant open-plan kitchen, living and dining area and you may never want to leave. Decorated with calming greys and punchy purples, Brunnenhof 9 is both stylish and cosy. The furnishings are of the highest quality, creating a space that is rich with texture and delights.
This self-catered apartment makes cooking a dream. You have a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining table that seats up to eight people. But you are also only a short walk about from Lech’s fabulous restaurant scene if you want to fully indulge.
The Brunnenhof residence in Lech is made up of 14 quality apartments, brand new for 2019/20. The building has undergone a complete renovation and all aspects have been refurbished paying exquisite attention to detail. This stunning home, coupled with the residence’s luxurious shared spa facilities, offers something for all guests.
This luxury Lech chalet apartment sleeps 6 – 8 guests, making it a great choice for both friends and families. Brunnenhof 9 is a great choice for a family holiday to Lech. The quad bunk room will be popular with the kids, it’s the ultimate sleepover room. Plus, this luxury apartment is just a short walk from the lifts, so getting to and from the slopes couldn’t be easier. The shared swimming pool is ideal for the little ones to burn off any extra energy they have before dinner.
Just let us know and childcare can be arranged, creating more time for you on the slopes, or a chance to enjoy the resort’s nightlife knowing your little ones are well looked after.
Location
Brunnenhof 9 is ideally located only a 10-minute walk from the centre of the village and a 6-minute walk from the nearest lift, which will whisk you up and onto the slopes. The nearest airports are Innsbruck which is. 1hr 30mins away or Zurich airport, which is 2hrs 30mins away.
