This stunning three-bedroom apartment is close to the centre of Lech, and if you are an experienced skier, you can ski back to the apartment, as it is located only a few hundred metres from the piste. Overview
The moment you step inside the picturesque Brunnenhof 4 you will never want to leave. This luxury self-catered chalet apartment in Lech is perfectly located, and confident skiers can ski back to the door.
The spacious living area is ideal for gathering together after a day on the slopes. Everything has been artfully designed with modern furnishings with traditional wooden floors and panelled walls. This chic apartment is spread over one elegant floor, so you will all feel together, whilst also being spacious. Decorated in tranquil, muted tones with rich textures, the living area has a large corner sofa and there is an electric fire, adding to the welcoming atmosphere of the room. The dining area has been designed with entertainment in mind comfortably seating eight guests, with banquette seating along two sides – ideal for children.
The Brunnenhof residence in Lech is made up of 14 quality apartments, brand new for 2019/20. The building has undergone a complete renovation and all aspects have been refurbished paying exquisite attention to detail. This stunning home, coupled with the residence’s luxurious shared spa facilities, offers something for all guests.
This luxury Lech chalet sleeps 4 + 4 guests, making it the perfect, spacious retreat for families. The en-suite master bedroom leads out onto the balcony offering amazing mountain views. There is a further twin/double bedroom and one cosy quad bunk room for children, sleeping up to four. These bedrooms have a separate shared shower room.

Brunnenhof 4 is a perfect family-friendly chalet apartment in Lech. The quad bunk room will be popular with the kids, it’s the ultimate sleepover room. Plus, this luxury apartment is just a short walk from the lifts, so getting to and from the slopes couldn’t be easier. The shared swimming pool is ideal for the little ones to burn off any extra energy they have before dinner.
Just let us know and childcare can be arranged, creating more time for you on the slopes, or a chance to enjoy the resort’s nightlife knowing your little ones are well looked after.
Location
Brunnenhof 4 is ideally located only a 10-minute walk from the centre of the village and a 6-minute walk from the nearest lift, which will whisk you up and onto the slopes. The nearest airports are Innsbruck which is. 1hr 30mins away or Zurich airport, which is 2hrs 30mins away.
