Ideal for small groups, Brunnenhof 1 is a fantastic two-bedroom apartment, close to the centre of Lech. Convenience and luxury combine effortlessly to make this apartment the ideal base for a small family or group of friends. If you are an experienced skier, you can ski back to the apartment, as it is located only a few hundred metres from the piste.

The Brunnenhof residence in Lech is made up of 14 quality apartments, brand new for 2019/20. The building has undergone a complete renovation and all aspects have been refurbished paying exquisite attention to detail.
Found on the ground floor of the impressive Brunnenhof Residence, Brunnenhof 1 is a fabulous 2 bedroom apartment, comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests.
The spacious living spaces are ideal for gathering together after a day on the slopes. Everything has been stylishly designed with modern furnishings with traditional wooden floors and panelled walls. With muted tones and intimate lighting, the atmosphere is both sophisticated and welcoming. There is a large open-plan kitchen, ideal for preparing meals on the nights that you are not dining out.
This stunning home, coupled with the residence’s luxurious shared spa facilities, offers something for all guests.
This luxury Lech chalet sleeps 4 guests, making it the perfect, spacious retreat for couples and small groups. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and the second double bedroom has an en-suite shower room. Both bedrooms boast fantastic mountain views through large paned windows and each is equipped with a television.

Brunnenhof 1 is a wonderful family-friendly chalet apartment in Lech. It is just a short walk from the lifts, so getting to and from the slopes couldn’t be easier. The shared swimming pool is a perfect place for the little ones to burn off any extra energy they have before dinner.
Just let us know and childcare can be arranged, creating more time for you on the slopes, or a chance to enjoy the resort’s nightlife knowing your little ones are well looked after.

Brunnenhof 1 is ideally located only a 10-minute walk from the centre of the village and a 6-minute walk from the nearest lift, which will whisk you up and onto the slopes. The nearest airports are Innsbruck which is. 1hr 30mins away or Zurich airport, which is 2hrs 30mins away.
