Newly completed and super stylish, Apartment Chartreuse is a picture-perfect chalet apartment in an enviable ski-in/ski-out location in Val d’Isere. Decorated with modern alpine furniture and natural materials, this is a sumptuous alpine home, ideal for groups of up to 8.
Overview
Apartment Chartreuse perfectly positioned duplex penthouse apartment just outside the main centre of Val d’Isere. Laid out over two floors, this luxury Val d’Isere chalet has been thoughtfully designed, creating a stunning mountain home for a family or group of friends looking to escape to the Espace Killy area for an unforgettable winter holiday. What’s more, the apartment is perfectly positioned to allow you to ski out in the morning, with a piste just behind the property and you can ski back down the blue Laisinent piste to ski directly back to the building at the end of the day.
The top floor of the chalet is where you will find the open-plan living room and dining room. With a double-height ceiling, exposed beams and windows framing the fabulous 180-degree panoramic view of the dramatic mountains, this room has the real wow factor. And with a feature stone fireplace, this room is perfect for apres ski drinks whilst the snow is falling. The spacious, well-equipped kitchen looks over the dining area and there is a breakfast bar where you can perch and keep whoever is on dinner duty company. Tucked behind the staircase is a cosy TV snug, perfect for children to watch a movie while you entertain guests.
Apartment Chartreuse sleeps up to 8 guests across four bedrooms. On the top level, you will find the first of the four en-suite bedrooms. This room is tucked under the eaves with views of the mountains from the bed, and it also offers an en-suite shower room. On the floor below, you will find the main sleeping floor, with three bedrooms. The master double bedroom has an open-plan layout and a beautiful free-standing bath sits in the middle of the room. There are a further two bedrooms on this floor, both twin/double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room and the other with an en-suite bathroom.
